Explanation of recent misinformation in China

Some live streaming channels operating in China have disseminated false or misleading information about our business operations, causing reputational damage and business disruption. In response to this, the Company clarifies as follows.

Relevance to Chinese financial institutions
- ONE ECOSYSTEM has not entered into any alliance or partnership with any financial institution, including the Chinese government. These claims constitute false advertising and misrepresentation. In addition, the claim that Chinese banks and others can "exchange points for cash" is unfounded.

- We are actively working to ensure that DealShaker complies with relevant laws and regulatory requirements in China. This process is still ongoing, and we remain committed to full transparency and lawful operation.

Furthermore, claims suggesting that Chinese banking entities will facilitate the exchange of points for cash are entirely unfounded. Such statements constitute false advertising and misrepresentation.
