Note 1: IMA is an acronym for Independent Marketing Associate as defined by One Ecosystem. You can serve as an "independent marketing associate" in Japanese, but follow the rules of One Ecosystem.

Note 2: One Ecosystem IMA is subject to One Ecosystem's terms of use, privacy policy, AML policy, and other enactments.

Free Support

ONEJAPAN provides a place to provide free information and free support to One Eco System Members (IMAs).
As of January 2024, we have restricted the provision of free information due to the IMA who does not understand the purpose of ONEJAPAN and is slandered or threatened based on the information it provides openly and free of charge. IMA will create a video explaining the operation of OneLife's related sites and provide it free of charge. If you need an explainer video, please sign up in the community.

If IMA consults with the referrer but does not receive an answer, or if there is no place to consult, you can ask questions to the One Japan Community.

Use of AI support (Ai Assistant) is subject to the following conditions. Please use it with a full understanding.

AI Support Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration is required to use the AI assistant. Your registration information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. AI doesn't support all conversations. With more training, the accuracy of your answers will improve.
  3. Those who use abusive language or inappropriate language will be blocked.
  4. If you don't get a proper answer from the AI assistant, you can wait for the human assistant to reply. You can understand that the AI needs to be trained and wait for the response of the human assistant.
  5. If the AI assistant is no longer able to understand the document, it will pause for one hour after suggesting a replacement for the human assistant. One hour must pass before you can start talking to the AI assistant.
  6. Individual support by a human assistant may require membership registration or may incur a fee.
  7. Those who use AI Support are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use.
