This spacious villa (over 300 m²) is located in Grottamare, Italy's Marche region, surrounded by the greenery and tranquility of the Marche hills. It is only 5 minutes away from the sea.

The property is divided into 3 levels, with 5 bedrooms (air-conditioned) and 3 bathrooms with bathtubs. In the attic there is a pool table without holes. On the first floor there is a large super-equipped semi-professional kitchen with garden views.

The park of Villa Ariete is the perfect place for those who dream of a dynamic holiday. Standard-sized tennis courts allow you to play exciting matches, and there is a magnificent pool (10X20) on more than 1 hectare of land around the perimeter. Enjoy a game of table tennis or take a stroll along the streets surrounded by olive groves until you reach the panoramic terrace decorated with a lovely fountain where you can admire the hills that gently slope down to the Adriatic Sea. You can also enjoy a great outdoor grill in the barbecue area.

Piceno is an area of the Marche region, also known as the New Tuscany, full of charm and mystery, albeit in relatively unknown parts. In the tranquility surrounded by nature, it offers a special vacation by visiting numerous ancient villages.

You can also enjoy wineries, excellent food, fish and meat dishes.

There are also easy access to 2 national parks and 4 regional parks, as well as fortresses and castles. The picturesque medieval town of Ascoli Piceno and the coast with its excellent beaches are also nearby.

The coupon will cover 55% of the booking amount.

The cost of the stay is 28.94 ONE + 990.00 euros and must be paid by bank transfer at the time of coupon purchase.

The stay period is one week from January 3 to 6, 2025.

Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m.

After purchasing the coupon, the buyer must contact the seller by email to determine the details of their stay.

It is all-inclusive for 6 people. The price does not change even if the group is less than 6 people. As long as the electricity bill does not exceed 120 euros, the utility bill is included. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. It also includes a gardener for pool inspection.
