It is a nutritious product made by kneading bear bamboo powder from brand rice flour as a raw material. Gorobei rice is the brand name of rice harvested in Gorobei Nitta. At the beginning of the Edo period, Ichikawa Gorobei, a native of Kamishu (Gunma Prefecture), used the melting snow of Mt. Tateshina as a water supply.
