These are guidelines that apply to the services of ONEJAPAN (hereinafter referred to as "oneJapan").
All of oneJapan's services are Terms of Use and in accordance with these Guidelines. If you wish to use any of One Japan's services, please use these guidelines and Terms of Use Please be sure to check it.

About the service

The services provided by ONEJAPAN are not commissioned by OneEcosystem. ONEJAPAN is a voluntary gathering of IMAs (Independent Marketing Associates, Independent Marketing Associates in Japanese) of OneEcosystem to provide information of interest to IMA for free and for a fee, and to those who need it. Free or We offer paid support. As of January 2024, we have restricted the provision of free information due to the IMA, which does not understand the purpose of ONEJAPAN and is slandered or intimidated based on the information provided by ONEJAPAN. About the use of the service

Users may use the content provided by One Japan beyond the scope of personal use (including acts such as duplication, transmission, reprinting, and modification). and shall not allow a third party to use it. If the user intends to use this content for commercial purposes, the user must obtain the prior written consent of the Company and the right holder of this content.
All of the content provided by One Japan can only be used by the registrant. In order to protect privacy, support can only be provided for accounts in the name of the registrant, and individual support is provided from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays in principle. The scope of support varies depending on the membership category.
You understand and acknowledge that this website contains both content produced by or for oneJapan and content provided by third parties. For details on the use of the content, please refer to "Article 5 (Handling of Contents)" of the Terms of Use.

Prerequisites for providing support related to OneEcosystem

ONEJAPAN's support is provided based on the following basic premise.

  • OneEcosystem's IMAs always have referrals. As a general rule, support should be requested directly from the company at OneEcosystem's help desk. If you are unable to communicate in English, you will seek support from your referrer.
  • If, for any reason, you are unable to contact the Referrer or do not have a reliable Referrer, you shall follow your own upline and get support from the referrer.
  • If you are having trouble with any of the above methods, please feel free to contact ONEJAPAN for support.
  • Support is provided by membership tier. Please check the membership categories and types of support below.

  2. Account Activation/E-mail Address Change
  3. Application agency for public chain deployment procedure
  4. DS Purchasing Agency

Membership Categories and Membership Fees

In order to use One Japan's services, you need to become a member. It is available in one of the following membership categories:

  • Free membership (Membership fee: free)
  • Bronze Supporter (Free Initial Registration) | Membership fee: 1 unit per month / 500 yen including tax)
  • Silver Supporter (Initial registration fee free | Membership fee: 1 unit per month / 1980 yen including tax)
  • Gold Supporter (Free Initial Registration) | Membership fee: 1 unit per month / 4500 yen including tax)
  • Platinum Supporter (Free Initial Registration) | Membership fee: 1 unit per month / 9800 yen including tax)

About plan change and withdrawal

You can change your plan or cancel your membership by yourself from the "Subscription" screen in "My Account".

If you choose to withdraw from membership, you will not be able to rejoin for one year from the date of withdrawal. As a general rule, a fee will be charged for the re-enrollment procedure. The re-enrollment fee is equivalent to one month's membership fee for Platinum Supporter members.
