ONE Academy has eliminated activation fees and introduced flexible educational modules. By adding new areas and improving the reward system, we provide an efficient and transparent learning experience for IMAs.

One Academy is committed to supporting Independent Marketing Associates (IMAs) through flexible learning, improved compensation, and streamlined processes. Below are details of the latest updates and condition changes for the new education module.

1. Elimination of activation fees
   To make education more accessible, we have abolished the activation fee. This allows IMAs to enroll directly in the educational modules that best suit their needs.
2. Abolition of Token Wallets
   In order to optimize the number of wallets and simplify the process, we have discontinued token wallets. This allows you to receive OES directly when you redeem the module, resulting in a more efficient and smoother experience.
3. Rewards for passing the quiz
   To assess their knowledge, members who score 51% or more correct answers on a quiz will be awarded Academy OES. This incentive allows you to earn up to 11 times the normal OES and recognizes your commitment to learning and growth.
4. Changes to BV Calculation Criteria
   In order to make the remuneration system more accurate and transparent, the calculation of BV (Business Volume) applies only to the fiat currency part.
5. Deprecation of the 100% Cash Wallet payment method
   In order to simplify transactions and maintain system balance, we have eliminated the payment method with 100% cash wallets.
6. Bonus Cap Adjustments
   We adjust the bonus cap for each level to provide a more structured and fair reward distribution for members as they progress through the system.
7. Introduction of a new education module section
   The new ONE Academy has introduced two main sections: finance and blockchain. Expansion into new areas is also underway, and more educational content will be uploaded as soon as the lectures are ready.
8. Translation into 10 languages
   All lectures, videos, quizzes, and website texts are translated into 10 languages to ensure a comprehensive learning experience accessible to our global community.
9. Implementation of a new achievement system
   IMAs earn points based on their quiz results, allowing them to move up the ranks within the Academy. The system promotes continuous learning and allows you to track your progress as you progress through each course.
10. Deprecation of code redemption and upgrade requirements
    Previously, you had to activate the codes in order, but now you will be able to redeem a random amount of codes directly in your account. Codes of the same type (e.g. two Finance L1 codes) cannot be redeemed in one account. This change eliminates the need for upgrades when redeeming codes and improves the convenience of IMAs.
11. Old lectures have been moved to an archive site.
    The old lecture was Here and will not be offered on the new ONE Academy site. This allows IMAs to continue to leverage paid content.
