MUCH MORE THAT WHAT IS IN PLAIN SIGHT
What you can't see is what you can't see, and what you see isn't everything.

Everything I do that you see is made possible by what you don't see!

The activities of One Ecosystem that you see are realized by "us" who is working hard behind the scenes. "us" (we) refers to the people who are working the front lines, such as IMA and myself.

Work can only be measured by results, but it is largely determined in your quiet time. Reading books, listening to audio/CDs, and giving people the power to reach them, is one thing.
It's a job that you work on when you're a person. Such a process of self-reflection and education is an important factor in success.

What I want to say to you is that you're working behind the scenes at OneEcosystem and it's paying off, and you guys can pick it up. What we need to do is trust the process.

Here in Ecuador, too, seeing a great team makes me think. Despite all the pressures, problems and challenges they themselves face, past and present, they do not stand still and do not intend to. This was a great encouragement, along with the warm welcome we received when we arrived at the airport. I thought it clearly showed that people can come together for a common purpose, even if they have differences.

It's sad that the time has come, but there are people who don't know about it. We are now in a time of fulfillment, and we should all acknowledge and accept it.

There's a reason things are going smoothly and well in this area (LATAM):
Because the OneEcosystem brand is bigger than me and you, and it doesn't depend on the individual, it depends on the whole. Numbers mean success, and our numbers must grow. To do so, you need educated miners. Let's do it together!
