- What is the first sponsor/upline and diamond upline?
- When was the last time you ranked (month and year)?
- The number of downlines and their country of origin (print the screen of the back office).

You can recommend a good and hardworking leader to the country board and briefly explain why.

2) Soft skills such as: good communication skills, conflict avoidance, good mediation skills, good problem-solving skills, business mindset, time management, respect, and good teaching.
