A NEW ERA OF ONE ECOSYSTEM: LEADERSHIP SHIFTS AND STRATEGIC GROWTH

Dear ONE ECOSYSTEM Community,

TODAY, WE'RE EXCITED TO SHARE AN IMPORTANT UPDATE ON ONE ECOSYSTEM'S LEADERSHIP AND STRATEGIC DIRECTION GOING FORWARD. Recently, at our headquarters in Hanoi, Vietnam, we had a careful discussion about our achievements, challenges and future goals.

Under the leadership of CEO Ventsislav Zlatkov, ONE ECOSYSTEM has strengthened its foundations and has made significant progress so far. His dedication played a key role in shaping our vision and driving key initiatives. However, it became clear that to become a leader in MLM (multi-level marketing) and fintech, further specialization and a new strategic approach were needed.

IN LIGHT OF THIS, WE HAVE DECIDED THAT IT IS TIME FOR A LEADERSHIP TRANSITION TO ENSURE THAT ONE ECOSYSTEM CONTINUES TO GROW EXCELLENTLY. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Ventsislav Zlatkov for his valuable contributions to date and his unwavering dedication to the community. I salute him for the foundation he has laid for future success and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

ONE ECOSYSTEM REMAINS FULLY COMMITTED TO ITS MISSION OF INNOVATION, RESILIENCE, AND COMMUNITY-BASED SUCCESS. As this new chapter begins, we hope that all members will continue to be actively involved and drive our shared vision. There are many opportunities on the road we are on.
