Deal Shaker Fee Revisions - Merchant and Product Commission Rates

In Deal Shaker, some of the fees have changed. This change is due to the fees collected from merchants and fees based on the percentage of ONE(*) in the product.

*OESP points will be used instead of ONE to comply with Japan law. The buyer will need to exchange ONE for OESP according to the amount required in advance.

Fees collected from merchants:

• Merchant Sponsorship: 30%
• Head Office Operations: 30%
• Country Manager: 25%
• ※ Some country managers may have a different ratio than others because the company manages the support team and approval department in this market.
• Marketing budget: 10%
• Budget for additional services: 5%

Fees based on the percentage of ONE in the product:

Depending on the percentage of ONE for the product, the percentage of commission is set as follows:

• For goods with 0-9% ONE: 15.00%
• For goods with 10-29% ONE: 3.50%
• For goods with 30-49% ONE: 2.75%
• For goods with 50-69% ONE: 2.00%
• For products with 70-89% ONE: 1.50%
• For goods with 90-100% ONE: 1.25%

The commission is calculated from the total price of the product. For example, if the price of a product is 100 euros, of which 50% is ONE, its price will be € 50 + 1.1764 ONE. In this case, the commission is 2% of 100 euros.
