As part of our company policy, we would like to inform you of the latest changes to the OneEcosystem portal.
If you're having trouble logging in and you're getting an error message that says "The user's email address can't be verified" when you try to reset your password, here are some ways to resolve this issue:
When I pressed the password reset button, entered the email address registered in my profile, and clicked "Submit: Submit", the following error message was displayed.
「The user email is not confirmed. ユーザーのメールアドレスが確認できません」
2. If your email is not verified, it will change to "Receive a new email activation link" and switch to the option to request a new link, which will already contain your email address. All you have to do is click "Submit" again.
3. Log in to your email address and click on the activation link.
4. If you remember your password, you don't need to reset it. Enter your username and password to log in to the oneecosystem.eu.
The "My Network" section of the dashboard has been redesigned and has a cleaner look.
