Unpaid Orders

Please note that due to the invalidation of the previous payment method, any orders that are not paid within 7 days will be cancelled and the debited cash/one will not be returned.
Withdrawals

As of August 10, 2021, all IMAs will be able to withdraw available funds from their cash wallets. Withdrawals are paid in cryptocurrency. It is paid in BTC or USDT and is paid within 5 business days of the withdrawal request.

Members can withdraw funds with a minimum of €500 and not more than €10,000. The service fee is 0.5% of the transaction value (minimum EUR 15).

Withdrawals will only be paid to customers with a profile status of "Active" (KYC approved).
The exchange rate between EUR/BTC is based on the price of Bitcoin on the date of processing.

Emerald Rank Tycoon

We would like to inform all IMAs that starting with the next Leadership Calculation (the current ranking period), the rules for leadership qualifications will change. At the Emerald and above ranks, the "Tycoon Education Module" reverts. Please note that Duis Acrus no longer meets the requirements for Emerald Rank. All existing accounts in Duis Acrus that have reached the rank of Emerald or higher will not be deleted. The work done on the network is appreciated, and there is no problem if the module requirements come back, but as the rank increases, the module will need to be upgraded.

Validity of the code

Introduces the concept of gift code validity. This means that any gift code included in any order created on or after August 1 will be valid for 3 months counting from the date and time the order was created, and will be invalid and unusable if it is not redeemed during this 3 months. Gift codes purchased before August 2 will be valid for 3 months starting August 2, 2021.

Notice of End of Coin Distribution (GAS)

Applications submitted after 23:59:59 on August 1 will not be reviewed.

Please note that there are no restrictions on sending ONE, so you can use GAS to transfer ONE to your GAS account.

About the end of cross-recruiting opportunities
