Teamwork always works

I'm sure many of you have heard of this acronym or used it as a reference. T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More). However, I would like to add some additional perspectives to this concept. I am now in Colombia, and from the moment I was greeted by them, I have felt the overwhelming love and appreciation of the Colombian people for all the exciting things we have shared so far.

Here, I would like to introduce what one of the Blue Diamonds had to say. She said that being talented, having a lot of skills, and being a superstar are qualities that are necessary for an individual in any team, but you still need the whole team to win a championship. Everyone is important in a team, whether it's a physical assistant, a water attendant, or a driver. The team is not only made up of players, but everyone around the organization makes up the team. Sometimes we forget that we have to work as a team to achieve more.

I'm writing this message because I'm tired of unnecessary squabbles between members who are supposed to be on the same team. We're Team ONE, and of course, there's going to be some superstars in Team ONE. However, the ego of many individuals kills the team and causes them to lose their champions. That's why I want to warn you. The most important thing is the championship, not the skill of one individual. Team play is important. Sometimes you have to sit on the bench to get another player to play, regardless of whether you're more skilled than that player. Even if you don't understand it, you have to believe in the coach and his judgment.

We know that teams are facing a variety of challenges right now. Some people are aware of it, others are not. However, we will still be able to overcome these hurdles and challenges and emerge victorious. To do this, you need to trust the process and focus on team building. Bring in new superstars and become the crown diamond we want to be.

And actually, we have exciting news for you. Last week we talked about the possibility of moving our next global event to Latin America. 99.999% of the event will be held in Latin America. The specific countries that will host the event will be announced soon. Take a strategic position to participate in that event. All the avenues lead to that company's event this January 2022. So, everyone, let's meet on that day! Don't be late! Let's make it happen and understand how OneEcosystem enriches your life!
