AI Support Terms and Conditions

1. Registration is required to use the AI assistant. Your registration information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. AI doesn't support all conversations. With more training, the accuracy of your answers will improve.
3. Those who use abusive language or inappropriate language will be blocked.
4. If you don't get a proper answer from the AI assistant, you can wait for the human assistant to reply. You can understand that the AI needs to be trained and wait for the response of the human assistant.
5. If the AI assistant is no longer able to understand the document, it will pause for one hour after suggesting a replacement for the human assistant. One hour must pass before you can start talking to the AI assistant.
6. Individual support by a human assistant may require membership registration or may incur a fee.
