WHY?

Sometimes I wonder why. And then there are moments like this weekend of four days in Ecuador. It helps me understand the "why" and it's also for me to be honest with you. We are human. That's why it's exhausting. But the truth is, no matter how tired you are, no matter how much you are fighting, no matter what the situation is, you have to hold on to the "why" in a big way. Connect the reason to your dreams.

The reason makes me understand that the brand is bigger than me or you. Because, at the end of the day, a brand's success affects millions, if not billions, of people. Friends, we must fight... We have to fight for this project. Because this project deserves our best. What this project has to offer deserves to be successful.

The more training and speaking you do about what One Ecosystem is and the impact it can have, the clearer the answer becomes. The clearer we understand why we must keep moving forward, the better we understand. I strongly encourage you to put all your efforts into developing new leadership and, more importantly, bring in new educated miners, new new people.

Because success is measured by numbers. The more we increase in number, the stronger our power will be, our value will be secured, and our brand will become famous. Understand the importance of being famous!!

My friend, I love you. I am grateful to you. And we suggest that you devote all your efforts to the development of the brand. Forget and ignore the noises that hold you back. No matter what problems you have, no matter what systems you have, you will overcome them and come out on top. Rise above to be the best person you deserve. The next company event in Columbia, "ONEECOSYSTEM REVEALED: One Ecosystem Revealed!", will be another magical moment in our history. I am grateful to you. Ones Out!!
