  1. Please note that if you use the Ai assistant via the chat function, you agree to ONEJAPAN's Terms of Use and Service Guidelines in addition to these Terms. Your registration information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. The chat feature converses with Ai bots and cannot talk to humans. In order to improve the answers of the Ai bot, we regularly check the content of the conversation and conduct Ai training, and if necessary, the staff may respond to the email address provided during the chat.
  3. Users understand that AI doesn't support every conversation and may provide the wrong answers.
  4. If you don't think the AI assistant's answer is appropriate, please contact ONEJAPAN. Review the AI answers and make adjustments to the Ai.
