Regarding enhanced security with two-factor authentication (2FA)

Simple setup powerfully protects your transfer transactions.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) has been introduced to further strengthen the protection of your profile and wallet. Setting up two-factor authentication will be mandatory for all users when performing wallet transactions such as withdrawals and transfers.

With this update, you can enable 2FA across your entire profile by simply scanning a QR code once with your general authentication app. Once enabled, it will automatically apply to all supported wallets requiring protection, including OES and cash.

The setup procedure is simple and can be done as follows:

1. Open "Profile Wallet"
2. Select "Set up 2FA"
3. Scan the QR code with your authentication app
4. Enter the 6-digit one-time password (OTP) to complete authentication
   *If scanning with your camera is difficult, a setup key for manual setup is also available.

After enabling, 2FA confirmation will be required for protected wallet transfers. When sending cash, OES, etc., to other members, you will be prompted to enter the latest code displayed on your authentication app before sending. Please note that you can attempt to enter the code during transaction confirmation up to 3 times. If you fail 3 consecutive times, the transfer procedure will be interrupted and you will need to start over.

Once you set up 2FA, you can protect your assets and manage transfers more securely while maintaining a simple process of entering an authentication code during operations that require confirmation.

With the mandatory implementation of two-factor authentication (2FA), all successfully executed withdrawal and transfer transactions are final and cannot be canceled or reversed.

Transactions are clearly verified as having been directly approved and executed by the profile owner through the input of a valid 6-digit one-time password (OTP) generated by an authenticated device.

■ Regarding Response to Reversal Requests and Unauthorized Access
Therefore, we cannot accept or respond to requests for cancellation or reversal of transactions after execution, nor to disputes based on reasons such as "unauthorized access (account hacking)".
