E-mail address change fee / account activation fee

The email address change fee/account activation fee is a fee of €30 charged to the company per email. The Japan yen rate is calculated based on the amount of +5 yen added to the exchange rate (TTS) when depositing from the Bank of Kyoto's euro (EUR) currency to a foreign currency deposit.

The Bank of Kyoto's Euro/Japan yen exchange rate is: Here...

Calculation example

If the applicant for the email change is a Gold Supporter and the EUR rate is 146 yen, the calculation will be as follows.

  • Gold Supporter Members: 2,390 yen
  • Email/phone number change fee: €30 x (€146 + €5) = €4,530
  • 10% of email change fee: ¥453
  • Total: ¥7,373

Note: Please note that the EUR rate varies from day to day.

Based on the above calculation, if a Gold Supporter asks ONEJAPAN to change the email on their behalf, it will cost 7,373 yen, including all fees.
