■ Important Announcement: Finalization and Non-Reversibility of Wallet Transactions
With the mandatory implementation of two-factor authentication (2FA), all successfully executed withdrawal and transfer transactions are final and cannot be canceled or reversed.

Transactions are clearly verified as having been directly approved and executed by the profile owner through the input of a valid 6-digit one-time password (OTP) generated by an authenticated device.

■ Regarding Response to Reversal Requests and Unauthorized Access
Therefore, we cannot accept or respond to requests for cancellation or reversal of transactions after execution, nor to disputes based on reasons such as "unauthorized access (account hacking)".
